Update regarding announcement
below:
On August 5th, 2011, the Federal Court of New
Jersey ruled that the jury verdict relative to the case between WNA
and Sabert, regarding the metalized cutlery, must be set
aside. As a result of that decision all claims of WNA's
patent are now reinstated and presumed valid.

metalized cutlery. This dispute between Waddington North America
(WNA) and Sabert dates back to 2006. After a jury trial in a NJ
Federal Court, that came to an end on April 6, 2011, the jury held
that all of WNA's asserted claims in its patent were invalid and
not infringed.

appetizer ware, and serving utensils. These items are an integral
part of our product line and display what Sabert stands for today -
